We are happy to announce that we will be hosting an open seminar at the Newpark Sports Centre on Newtownpark Avenue on Saturday 4th October 2025.

The seminar will focus on the techniques of our style of Iaido – Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu, so this is a great opportunity for new as well as current students to get an insight into traditional swordsmanship. Beginners are very welcome to attend – we can provide you with equipment. If you have not tried Iaido before and require equipment please ensure this is recorded in the form below.

The seminar will start at 11.30 am and finish at 5.00 pm and will cost €25.

We are proud to announce that Kenseikai Ireland will be hosting an Irish National Iaido Seminar on Sunday 16th June 2024. This event has been organised in coordination with Kendo na hEireann and will cater for students of all levels.

Training will commence at 10.00 am and will continue until 4.00 pm. The seminar will be held at the main sports hall at Newpark School Sports Centre, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock.
